Role Description
- The Tour Manager will oversee end-to-end tour operations, including planning itineraries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all travel arrangements run smoothly.
- The role involves managing relationships with hotels, transport providers, and local partners, as well as accompanying groups when needed to provide on-ground support.
- The Tour Manager will communicate with guests before, during, and after trips to address queries, share trip details, and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven 4+ experience in tour management, travel operations, or hospitality, preferably with group travel or experiential travel segments.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle guest concerns, and build trust with diverse traveller profiles.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics, including transportation options, accommodations, and local regulations.
