Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Tour Manager will oversee and manage group and individual tour operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences from planning to execution. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics such as accommodations, transportation, and itinerary schedules, leading tours, addressing client needs, and resolving any travel-related concerns. They will also collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to maintain service quality and provide insights to enhance tour offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in trip planning, itinerary development, and operational logistics.
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead groups, represent the company professionally, and ensure traveler satisfaction.
- Knowledge of travel destinations with expertise in cultural, heritage, and experiential tourism.
- Multitasking and time management abilities to prioritize and manage complex schedules.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic conditions and resolve on-ground challenges effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in tour management or travel coordination is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
