he Tour Executive -Promoting and selling tour packages, handling customer inquiries, preparing itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
IATA certified Diploma in Tours and Travels
Promote domestic and international tour packages.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand client requirements and customize tour itineraries accordingly.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales.
Coordinate with vendors (hotels, transport, airlines, ground handlers).
Assist clients with documentation such as visas, travel insurance, and tickets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide post-booking support and resolve customer issues.
Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in tour sales or travel agency operations.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of visa processes.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
