Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Executive based in Noida. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and executing tours, managing itineraries, and ensuring smooth tour operations. Key responsibilities include creating detailed travel plans, coordinating with service providers, conducting guided tours, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires effective communication with clients and team members to maintain a high standard of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tour Planning and Itinerary creation
- Experience in Guided Tours and Tour Management
- Strong Communication skills for client handling and teamwork
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing tour logistics
- Ability to handle on-the-spot challenges and provide quick resolutions
- Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
