Role Description
Raintree Holidays is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Tour Executive for a full-time, online position based in Ernakulam. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and organizing tours, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing guided tours, preparing customized itineraries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the travel experience. They will also handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tour Planning, crafting customized Itineraries, and Tour Management
- Experience in arranging and managing Guided Tours and coordinating overall travel logistics
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and vendors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel planning software is a plus
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage
- Relevant educational background or certifications in Travel & Tourism Management are preferred
