Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Escort, located in Indore. The Tour Escort will organize and lead guided tours of the facility, communicate effectively with visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and offer insightful information about the company's history and operations. Additional responsibilities may include engaging visitors with promotional activities and assisting in creating a positive visitor experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in organizing and conducting Guided Tours
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of History or interest in sharing detailed information about the company
- Sales experience, with an ability to engage and promote company products
- Enthusiasm in fostering a welcoming and engaging experience for visitors
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in tourism, history, or a related field is desirable
