Sales Executive – Travel Industry

Job Overview
Bestination Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell travel packages, group tours, and holiday services. The candidate should be passionate about travel and capable of converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Promote group tours, customized holidays, adventure tours, and wildlife tours.
- Convert leads from calls, social media, and walk-in clients into bookings.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel services.
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Maintain client database and follow up on pending enquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in travel sales or tourism industry preferred.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Knowledge of international and domestic destinations.
- Ability to handle customer queries and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of air ticketing and travel documentation will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business.
- Experience working in travel agency or tour operator company.
