Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Tour Consultant. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning and coordinating guided tours, consulting with clients to determine travel needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all travel arrangements are executed smoothly. Day-to-day tasks include creating itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation, and assisting in the resolution of any issues that arise during the tours.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge and experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using travel booking and management software
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
