Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Consultant based in Coimbatore South. As a Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking guided tours, providing personalized travel consultations, and assisting clients with travel arrangements. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism, with a strong understanding of destinations and itineraries
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Skills in Travel Consulting, including trip planning, organizing, and managing travel bookings
- Ability to work collaboratively and in an on-site environment at our Coimbatore South location
- Proficiency in travel-related software or tools is a plus
