Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Tour Consultant. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, providing comprehensive travel consulting, advising clients on destinations and travel plans, and ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. The role involves guiding clients in selecting the best travel experiences and delivering unparalleled service to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism expertise, with a strong understanding of travel-related services
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide outstanding client experiences
- Experience in Travel Consulting, including planning itineraries and offering tailored travel solutions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to assist with travel planning and booking
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of international travel destinations and cultural awareness is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
