Mental Health Practitioner / ARMHS Worker – Intentional Communities 


Pay Rate: $24.00

Location: Minneapolis/ Hennepin County 

Schedule: Half-Time, 8-hour shifts, 3 days per week.

Mental Health Practitioner / ARMHS Worker Responsibilities:

  • Establish supportive and motivational relationships with community members.
  • Provide adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) with members weekly.  
  • Support the admissions process and orientation for new members.
  • Update treatment plans and functional assessments on an ongoing basis.
  • Complete the discharge process for members leaving the program. 
  • Regularly meet with members individually to support client goals and needs for managing their illness.
  • Maintain client records in an electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, consultants, interns, and/or volunteers.

 

Mental Health Practitioner / ARMHS Worker Requirements:

  • Must meet the definition of Mental Health Practitioner per Department of Human Services licensing requirements
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and personal auto insurance required
  • 1-2 years of experience, 30 college credits in behavioral health, or combination required
