We’re seeking a Founding Frontend Engineer to take ownership of building an exceptional user experience for our platform. This role involves working closely with the founding team to design, develop, and implement frontend solutions that bring our vision to life. You’ll play a pivotal role in setting the engineering standards and building a foundation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and scalable frontend applications.
2. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate user requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
3. Define and implement best practices for frontend development, ensuring code quality and performance.
4. Work on selecting and building the frontend technology stack, balancing innovation with scalability.
5. Mentor and set the standard for incoming engineers as the team grows.
6. Participate in discussions on product design and user experience to align engineering with business goals.
   
   

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Vue.js, or Angular.
2. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
3. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and frontend testing frameworks.
4. Familiarity with frontend build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in building user interfaces.
   
   

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a startup or early-stage company environment.
2. Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and UX principles.
3. Understanding of backend technologies and API integration.
