Job purpose : The Total Rewards Partner plays a strategic role in aligning business priorities with Total Rewards offerings. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and global counterparts to design, implement, and manage Compensation, Benefits, Health & Wellness, and Rewards & Recognition programs. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that support attraction, retention, performance, and sustainable business growth.
Main Accountabilities :
1. Strategic Partnership -
a. Engage with business leaders and HRBPs to understand business priorities and workforce needs, translating them into fit-for-purpose Total Rewards solutions.
b. Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders on pay, benefits, and recognition, ensuring Total Rewards programs reinforce business and people strategies.
c. Partner with global Rewards teams to localize and implement global frameworks and guidelines.
2. Compensation Management -
a. Lead the Annual Salary Review cycle end-to-end, including planning, configuration in systems, manager enablement, governance, and analytics.
b. Manage Variable Pay processes, including goal setting frameworks, approvals, payout calculations, communication, and post-cycle review.
c. Support creation, review, and maintenance of pay ranges and salary structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
d. Review and approve offers in line with compensation guidelines, budgets, and market benchmarks.
e. Manage end-to-end handling of workforce planning.
3. Benefits, Health & Wellness -
a. Drive annual insurance renewals in partnership with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring optimal coverage and cost.
b. Implement and monitor health & wellness frameworks and initiatives, driving employee awareness, adoption, and impact.
c. Periodically review benefits portfolio to enhance competitiveness, employee experience, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Rewards & Recognition -
a. Implement and manage Rewards & Recognition programs and platforms in line with organizational culture and values.
b. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to promote fair, timely, and meaningful recognition practices. Job Description Template.
c. Track program utilization, spend, and impact; recommend enhancements based on data and feedback.
5. Insight, Advisory & Governance -
a. Generate insights through compensation and benefits data, market surveys, and internal analytics to support decisions on pay, benefits, and recognition.
b. Provide advisory support to HRBPs and managers on complex compensation and rewards cases (hiring, promotions, retention, role changes).
c. Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory/statutory guidelines related to Total Rewards.
d. Support the Head of Rewards & HRIS in formulation and implementation of Total Rewards strategy, frameworks, and policies.
Job Specifications -
a. Education - MBA in HR - 2 year full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
b. Experience - 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources post MBA.
