Purpose of the role
The DGM – Total Rewards & Global Mobility will lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and global mobility frameworks to support business growth across geographies. This role will ensure competitive, equitable, and scalable reward practices while enabling seamless cross-border talent movement aligned with organizational strategy.
Technical Skills Required
1. Strong expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and benefits structuring
2. High analytical capability with experience in HR analytics and financial modelling
3. Strong hold on MS Office tools
4. Good understanding of compa-ratio, range penetration, and pay positioning analytics
5. Strong knowledge of long-term incentive structures including ESOPs, RSUs, and SARs.
6. Strong knowledge of Indian statutory frameworks including PF, gratuity, ESI, and bonus regulations
7. Experience integrating HRIS with payroll and ensuring data accuracy.

Job Responsibilities
1 Design & implement a comprehensive Total Rewards philosophy aligned with business goals and market competitiveness
2 Drive pay-for-performance culture through variable pay, bonus structures, and long-term incentives (ESOPs)
3 Ensure internal equity, job architecture, and grading frameworks are robust and scalable
4 Manage end-to-end compensation cycles including increments, promotions, and bonus payouts
5 Design and optimize employee benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, insurance, rewards)
6 Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across geographies
7 Lead global mobility strategy, including expatriate policies, short-term/long-term assignments
8 Partner with finance, legal, and external advisors on taxation, immigration, and compliance
9 Manage vendor ecosystem for relocation, immigration, and payroll coordination
10 Drive data-led decision-making through analytics and reporting
11 Ensure strong governance, audit readiness, and policy adherence
12 Support TA/HRBPs with competitive offer structuring
