Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to join the C&B Centre of Excellence (CoE) at a leading global technology organization. This role will focus on executive compensation – including CXO, CIO, CTO and other leadership roles – across the group’s multiple entities. The individual will be responsible for designing and managing complex compensation structures, including ESOPs and long-term incentives, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks across group companies
- Drive strategy and execution of ESOPs, RSUs, deferred compensation and other long-term incentive plans
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market intelligence for executive-level roles
- Collaborate with finance, legal, HR business partners and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance
- Prepare analytical insights and presentations for leadership reviews and Compensation Committee meetings
- Partner with global and domestic teams to ensure consistent compensation philosophy across entities
- Ensure adherence to applicable legal, tax and regulatory frameworks
Candidate Profile:
- 12–16 years of progressive HR experience, with core specialization in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong exposure to executive compensation, including design and implementation of ESOPs and long-term incentive programs
- Experience working in a C&B CoE or similar strategic HR setup
- Ability to work across complex, matrixed environments and engage with senior stakeholders
- Grounded, mature, and resilient; capable of handling confidential and high-stakes matters under pressure
- Prior experience in large, global organizations or IT/tech industry preferred
