15 plus years of broad-based HR experience, 5 of which must be at the management level.  Very strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Superior oral and written communication skills, Strong process orientation,  Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving, ability to provide vision and leadership and to plan and schedule the work of others, demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.  A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. The Human Resources Director is responsible for: directing all of the people functions of TEMUSA in accordance with the policies and practices of the Corporation,  the ethical and social consciences of business and society and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.  The incumbent will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the company with the best people talent available and to position the company as the Employer of Choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry in general.   Manages 3 employees; 1- Talent Developer; 1- Payroll Specialist; 1- HR Coordinator Supports a staff of 150 employees CODIR Member Support of multiple business lines: LubMarine, Aviation, Lubricants, Metal Rolling and all MS field.
