Mandatory Skills:
Tricentis Tosca, Automation Testing
ServiceNow ATF, Test Design, CI/CD
Responsibilities will include
Design develop and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA and ServiceNow AFT
Execute functional regression integration and endtoend testing for ServiceNow SIR changes and releases
Support test planning including defining test case scenarios test data and acceptance criteria
Identify log and track defects working with developers and administrators to support resolution
Maintain and optimise automated test suites to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency
Support release cycles by executing test plans and providing quality assurance signoff
Work collaboratively within the SIR POD to ensure testing is aligned with delivery priorities
Maintain clear documentation of test cases scripts and results
What you will bring to the role
To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the technology sector with the following skills
Expertise in creating automated test scripts and managing test suites within TOSCA ATF
Analyze test results and work closely with development team to identify and resolve issues
Document and report test results to project stakeholders
Experience in writing Tosca scripts for Web and Desktop applications
Experience in API Automation using Tosca
Experience in functional and automation testing within ServiceNow SIR
Understanding of security incident response processes and lifecycles
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within the SIR POD and with diverse stakeholders
Selfmotivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity
Required Qualifications
Security Incident Response CISSIR
TOSCA Certification is Mandatory
