Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Torrid, you will be responsible for managing the full program and project life cycle including planning, coordinating, and driving cross-functional projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders to understand project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements - Facilitate regular project meetings, coordinate resources, and provide transparent status updates to leadership - Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed - Serve as the central point of contact and coordinate effective communication across the organization - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive program efficiencies - Support both strategic initiatives and tactical projects across the business Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager in an agile software development environment - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills - Strong project management skills including the ability to create and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and identify/mitigate risks - Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment - Experience leading major, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
