As a Settlement Negotiator, your responsibilities will include, but are by no means limited to:
- Negotiate personal injury settlements in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
- Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers.
- Analyze the value of personal injury cases based on medical bills, injuries, and other pertinent factors.
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to strategize and implement negotiation tactics.
- Maintain accurate case records, documenting all correspondence, conversations, and negotiations.
- Uphold the firm's client-centered philosophy by providing outstanding service and compassion to our clients.
