Senior Manager, Service & Delivery
 
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Service & Delivery to join our team to play a central role in elevating our Customer Service and Transportation capabilities as Torani continues to grow. We are moving towards becoming a $1B business by 2030 and experiencing rapid growth across our teams and operations!
 
Overseeing two critical functions, Customer Service and Transportation, you will be responsible for building team capability, strengthening processes, improving customer experience, and enhancing transportation performance and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, operational discipline, analytical capability, and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • People Developer and Team Builder: You have built strong, engaged, and high-performing Customer Service and Transportation teams with clear roles, accountability, and development plans. You have strengthened bench strength, elevated team capability, and created an environment of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
  • Customer Experience Champion: You have improved the end-to-end customer experience from customer order receipt through delivery by strengthening service, responsiveness, and issue resolution. You have strengthened first-time quality and reduced service failures through better process discipline and proactive problem-solving. Our customers know Torani as a trusted partner that is easy and enjoyable to work with.
  • Transportation Capability Builder: You have strengthened Torani’s transportation capabilities by improving carrier and 3PL performance, enhancing processes, and driving better execution across the network. You have improved service and cost performance while building the structure, capacity, and operating discipline needed to support both current operations and future growth.
  • Service & Transportation Process Excellence Driver: You have built efficient, cost-effective, and scalable processes across both Customer Service and Transportation by working cross-functionally with Warehouse Operations, 3PLs, Sales and other key partners. You have strengthened service execution through continuous process improvement, effective use of systems and data, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners. You have established and owned key performance indicators, including service, delivery, cost, and safety metrics, and used them to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and improve overall performance. As challenges arise, you have partnered with the right teams to develop practical solutions and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Cross-Functional Business Partner: You have built strong, trusted relationships across the organization and with key partners, including Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Sales. You are seen as a credible, collaborative leader and a strong voice for Customer Service and Transportation in cross-functional decisions.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience leading customer service and transportation operations in a high-volume food, beverage, or consumer goods environment, including people leadership
  • Proven expertise in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carrier relationships, transportation performance, contracts, and budget 
  • Experience leading large-scale implementations and driving improvements to systems and tools that enhance customer service and transportation execution.
Salary Range: $175,399 - $194,888
