Data Visualization Specialist (React) for Law Enforcement Company

We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization Specialist to lead the design and development of interactive dashboards and data presentation solutions using React. You will contribute to a groundbreaking product that transforms user research data into actionable insights, empowering law enforcement agencies to make informed decisions. This role involves evaluating and enhancing data collection methods, improving survey question quality, and delivering dynamic data visualizations that bring clarity and impact to complex datasets. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design and implement interactive, user-friendly dashboards using React to present survey data in an intuitive and impactful manner. Data Visualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to transform user research data into meaningful visual insights tailored for law enforcement clients. Survey Optimization: Evaluate and enhance survey questions to improve data accuracy and insight quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the dashboards meet user requirements and adhere to industry best practices. Data Preparation: Support data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to ensure high-quality data visualization outputs. Innovation: Stay updated on latest trends and tools in data visualization and React development to ensure solutions are cutting-edge and effective. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience designing and developing data visualizations and dashboards using React. Strong proficiency with React and data visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3.js, or Plotly. Experience with dashboard development and the ability to create custom, dynamic, and interactive visualizations. Familiarity with data preparation, cleaning, analysis, and ETL processes. Proven ability to assess and improve survey methodologies for more accurate insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of law enforcement or public service contexts is a plus.
