About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA DI LR (Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning) Faculty to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and developing course content for students preparing for competitive exams, particularly in the areas of quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.

We are specifically looking for a faculty member with experience in teaching competitive exams such as IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT. The candidate should have a strong background in preparing students for these exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging lectures and workshops on QA, DI, and LR topics.
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide individualized support to students, guiding them through problem-solving techniques and exam strategies.
• Monitor student progress, offer constructive feedback, and assist with areas of difficulty.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and ensure content is aligned with current trends.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to help students achieve their best performance.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Faculty – Quantitative Aptitude to deliver engaging and effective sessions for competitive exams like SSC, Banking, CUET, and other aptitude-based tests. The ideal candidate will have deep subject expertise, a flair for teaching, and the ability to connect with students across various learning levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live or recorded lectures on Quantitative Aptitude topics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number System, Data Interpretation, etc.).
• Design lesson plans, practice questions, quizzes, and mock tests aligned with the latest exam patterns.
• Address doubts and provide personalized academic support to students when required.
• Collaborate with the content and academic team to maintain quality and consistency in teaching materials.
• Stay updated with changes in exam patterns and syllabi to ensure content relevance.
• Participate in occasional doubt-clearing sessions, webinars, or student engagement initiatives.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in Quantitative Aptitude for competitive exams.
• Strong command over QA topics with proven track record in improving student outcomes.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools, digital boards, and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to create engaging, easy-to-understand content for a diverse student base.
