The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced growth marketer with expertise in paid social to scale marketing campaigns, drive experimentation, and understand customer behavior and motivations. You’re a passionate marketer who thrives in achieving ambitious growth targets, with a bias for action in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns for TopDog Law across paid social channels, focusing on optimizing deep funnel metrics.
- Leverage data, trends, and insights to launch high-impact campaigns that generate a large volume of new clients.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation across creatives, onboarding flows, and landing pages to maximize quality leads and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CTR, CVR, CPA, and LTV, to improve performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years managing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven experience overseeing the creative process across media channels and maintaining production cadence.
- Track record of scaling campaign budgets to 7-8 figures monthly, with a genuine passion for optimizing and expanding marketing efforts.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) by segment and cohort.
- Exceptional analytical skills to drive optimal campaign performance.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience with additional advertising channels, such as OOH, radio, podcasts, connected TV, linear TV, and paid search.
