Job Description

As a Principal Associate within our War Room team at Top Analytica, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing political consulting initiatives. Your expertise and leadership will drive political success for our clients and candidates. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies, managing teams and resources, and providing strategic guidance to achieve electoral goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of strategic campaign plans and collaborate with clients and campaign teams to define objectives and tactics.
• Supervise and mentor field executives, associates, and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
• Oversee voter outreach strategies and tactics, developing and implementing innovative methods for voter engagement.
• Manage data collection and analysis efforts, translating data into actionable insights to refine campaign strategies.
• Plan and execute campaign events and rallies, ensuring seamless logistics and resource management for successful events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Ensure full compliance with campaign finance and election regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards in all campaign activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Years of extensive experience in political campaigning or consultancy.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of campaign strategies, voter engagement, and data analysis.
• Expertise in team management and the ability to drive results in complex campaign environments.
• Strong client relationship-building capabilities.
• Commitment to political ethics, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
