About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Top Accounts Sales Manager with proven experience in managing large enterprise clients across Telecom and System Integration (SI) products & services.
Key Responsibilities:
Large / Key Account Management
- Manage and grow Top / Strategic Enterprise Accounts
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers
- Drive account mining, retention, and long-term business partnerships
System Integration & Telecom Sales
- Drive sales of end-to-end System Integration solutions (Services & Products) along with Telecom offerings
- Position solutions across:
- Network & Security (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, SD-WAN)
- Data Center, Cloud & Managed Services
- Telecom Solutions (MPLS, ILL, Cloud Telephony, UC)
Business Development & Deal Management
- Own and deliver on revenue targets from large accounts
- Identify and drive new business, cross-sell & upsell opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, commercials, and closures
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Lead solution presentations, business discussions, and negotiations
- Align offerings with customer business and digital transformation goals
What We’re Looking For
- 5–12 years of experience in:
- Enterprise / B2B Sales
- Large / Key Account Management
- Telecom + System Integration (Products & Services)
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking, Security, Cloud, Data Center Solutions
- Telecom technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, ILL, UC)
- Proven track record of handling large deal sizes (₹50L – ₹5Cr+)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with Telecom players / System Integrators
- Exposure to OEM ecosystem (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, etc.)
- MBA Bonus Point
