Tooling Engineer – Die Casting
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: 5+ years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer with strong knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and die design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve die casting tools, including runner, cooling and vacuum systems
• Design and optimize gating, cooling and die sealing systems
• Support casting simulation and die casting trials
• Troubleshoot tooling and improve cycle time, die life and casting quality
• Work on cores, slides, squeeze cores and jet-cooled cores
• Support trim tool design and casting process improvement
• Apply DFM, GD&T, FMEA and Value Engineering
• Work closely with manufacturing and casting teams to solve tooling and process issues

• Casting Simulation – Magma / Flow3D
• 2D & 3D CAD – AutoCAD / NX / Spinfire
