Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Tool Room Supervisor. The Tool Room Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the tool room, including managing tooling activities, supervising manufacturing and machining processes, and troubleshooting equipment or operational issues. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient use of tools and machinery, planning and executing tooling designs, and coordinating with teams to maintain efficiency and meet production goals. The role will also involve ensuring quality standards are adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively to meet production goals.
- Experience and expertise in Tooling Design and Fixtures, with an ability to implement and evaluate toolroom projects.
- Strong skills in Machining and Troubleshooting to resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques and familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001:2015.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a precision manufacturing or tooling environment is preferred.
