About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tool Room Manager to lead and oversee complete manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient tool room planning, smooth shop floor execution, strict quality control, and cost optimization while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Tool Room Planning and ensure timely execution of production schedules
· Supervise daily shop floor operations for productivity and efficiency
· Implement and monitor Quality Control systems
· Drive Cost Control initiatives to improve profitability
· Ensure compliance with Safety Management standards
· Oversee Inventory & Material Management to avoid shortages and excess
· Manage Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance activities
· Prepare production and operational MIS reports
· Handle Manpower Planning & Team Management
· Maintain strong Customer Communication & Satisfaction
· Identify and implement New Technology & Process Improvements
· Drive Lean Manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM
Required Qualifications
- Strong Leadership & Team Management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and press tool operations
- Excellent Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
