Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tool Room Incharge, based in the Greater Delhi Area with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include managing the complete operations of the tool room, supervising the manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of tools and equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The candidate will coordinate with production teams to support operational efficiency and effectively manage tool inventory and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in tool design, manufacturing, and repair
- Strong knowledge of tool room machinery, including CNC machines and conventional tools
- Ability to oversee and manage a team, ensuring workflow efficiency
- Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in quality control, standards compliance, and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience in inventory management and procurement of manufacturing tools
- Technical qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in a similar role in manufacturing or engineering industries
