About the role

As an AI Specialist you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our AI-driven solutions and client needs. You will be responsible for deeply understanding Tookitaki's product offerings, analyzing client challenges from both technical and operational perspectives, and providing innovative solutions to enhance their product adoption and experience. Your expertise in AI, data science, and product deployment will be crucial in delivering value-driven solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise & Client Understanding: - Gain an in-depth understanding of Tookitaki's AI-driven financial crime solutions including model architecture, end-to-end data processing workflow, algorithms and operational workflows. - Stay updated on advancements in AI / ML, financial crime compliance and regulatory requirements. Client Problem-Solving & Solutioning: - Engage with clients to understand their pain points, both technical (model performance, data integration, system scalability) and operational (workflow efficiency, compliance alignment). - Perform deep-dive analysis into client issues, diagnosing problems related to AI models, data pipelines and implementation. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering and Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions. - Provide recommendations on AI model tuning, data quality improvements, feature engineering and workflow optimization. Technical Support & Advisory: - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving AI / ML-related issues post-deployment. - Guide clients on best practices for AI-driven compliance solutions, model retraining and data pipeline enhancements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance Tookitaki's product roadmap based on client feedback and industry trends. Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation: - Communicate complex AI concepts in an easy-to-understand manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Prepare solution documents, client reports and knowledge bases to streamline AI troubleshooting and operational adoption. - Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions with clients and internal teams.
