About the role

We are TomTom Online Search team. We work on solving incredibly hard problems of information retrieval of location search. We want to provide the most relevant results to our users and make it easier for users to find what they are looking for on a map. What you'll do Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear vision for your area in the Online Search product. Identify key opportunities to enhance user experience and solve real-world location-based challenges. Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs. Prioritize features and improvements based on data, user feedback, and strategic goals. User Research and Insights: Collaborate with UX researchers and data analysts to understand user behaviours, pain points, and preferences. Use these insights to shape product decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features. Act as the main point of contact and advocate for the product internally. Market Trends and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Leverage this knowledge to maintain the product's competitive edge. Data-Driven Decisions: Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of product initiatives. Use data to inform product improvements and optimize performance. Scalability and Localization: Ensure the product scales effectively across regions and supports the nuances of different markets.
