About the role

We’re looking to hire a Founding Head of Sales.

You must be tried, tested, and ready to close new customers and simultaneously manage offshore SDR operations.

You will operate as a sales generalist alongside our CEO, doing everything you can to help us grow our customer base from double to quadruple digits this year.

Responsibilities

  • Help us 10x+ ARR in 2025 through direct selling and team leadership
  • Build/manage offshore SDR team of 3-5 reps
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos
  • Develop sales playbook and processes
  • Define sales metrics and reporting
  • Create forecasting methodology
  • Own revenue pipeline and targets

Required Qualifications

  • Track record of excellence
  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive or AI
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • History of consistent quota achievement (>120%)
  • Strong demo and sales methodology expertise
  • Technical aptitude to sell AI solutions

Compensation

Base salary (see range) + 5-10% Sourced ACV Performance Incentive + 0.01% to 0.30% equity
