Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Toll Collector located in Sonipat. The Toll Collector will be responsible for efficiently managing toll collection, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in handling cash. Duties include interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries or concerns, maintaining traffic flow at toll points, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Adherence to company policies and maintenance of proper documentation will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong Cash Handling skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with drivers and address inquiries
- Basic Writing skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes
- Experience in providing Training to team members is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Prior experience in toll management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
