About the role

Reporting into the`Product Director, as a Product Owner at Token.io, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, delivering, and documenting our Data (AIS) and core Platform products This role combines traditional product ownership with technical writing responsibilities to ensure our products are well-documented and accessible to developers Define and develop the product backlog for Data (AIS) and Platform products, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and thoroughly documented Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including API references, developer guides, and product documentation that enhances our developer experience Design, implement, and own products and solutions that enhance our propositions, with a focus on both functionality and usability through clear documentation Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical implementations and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible documentation Work with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of impactful features and solutions Own the documentation for your products, establishing standards and best practices for technical content Drive continuous improvement of documentation based on user feedback and usage analytics Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives to ensure documentation is integrated into the product development lifecycle
