Job description:
We are looking for a serious, full-time Dental Implants Sales Specialist to join our dental team in our high end dental office in Fort Lauderdale.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long term career in the dental field.
We love what we do and love our patients.
The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of sales experience, is coachable and a team player with a positive attitude.
You must posses a high level of patient care, be motivated, and is a true professional in conduct and appearance, is capable of multi-tasking and handle a high volume practice.
This position is available immediately.
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Demonstrated experience working in a dental office environment is essential. This includes familiarity with the day-to-day operations and patient interactions within a dental practice.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software, particularly Dentrix.
- This includes the ability to efficiently navigate and utilize the software for scheduling, billing, and patient record management.
- A solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures is necessary to effectively communicate with patients and dental professionals.
- A working knowledge of general administrative practices, including data entry, filing, and office management, is essential for maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact professionally with patients, insurance providers, and dental staff. Good telephone etiquette is also essential for managing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Exceptional organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Outstanding customer service skills are crucial for creating a positive patient experience, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- A keen eye for detail is important for accurately updating patient records, processing insurance claims, and managing financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Additional certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is highly advantageous and preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems.
