About Us
We are an international education innovation company creating the future of how children learn vital life and leadership skills. Our Recycled Learning platform teaches Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Financial Literacy, and Strategy to children aged 7–14 using AI, animation, and gamified experiences.
To deliver powerful, engaging lessons that inspire learning through play, we’re building an AI-powered, gamified Learning Management System (LMS) and need an expert Gamification Specialist to lead the design and implementation of our scoring, achievements, rewards, and motivation systems.
About the Role
As a Gamification Specialist, you’ll work alongside animators, developers, educators, and UX designers to build game-based learning mechanics that motivate and reward students. Your mission is to make learning feel like an adventure—where students earn points, level up, unlock badges, and grow as global citizens.
You will design game logic and progression paths, implement feedback loops, and help us use gamification to boost engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement gamification systems (points, levels, leaderboards, badges, rewards, missions) across all subjects.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, education, and animation teams to integrate game mechanics into learning content.
- Create engaging progression models for students aged 7–14, ensuring that achievements align with educational objectives.
- Develop game balancing strategies that maintain challenge, fairness, and motivation.
- Build positive reinforcement loops using game psychology principles to support behavior and learning habits.
- Work with developers to integrate gamification systems into the LMS (Unity3D, Phaser.js, or WebGL).
- Design gamified feedback messages for students based on performance.
- Evaluate and iterate systems based on user analytics, feedback, and engagement rates.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions on how to make each subject (e.g. Financial Literacy or Leadership) more game-like and rewarding.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gamification design, game development, or educational gaming.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating implemented gamification systems (games, apps, educational platforms, or interactive media).
- Proven expertise in game design thinking, especially in progression systems, reward mechanics, and user motivation.
- Experience with at least one game development engine (Unity3D, Phaser.js, or similar).
- Solid understanding of game loops, feedback systems, leveling, and player journey mapping.
- Ability to design for young users (ages 7–14) with age-appropriate themes and difficulty curves.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate educational content into playful experiences that still meet pedagogical goals.

- Experience with AI-driven or adaptive learning platforms.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design in game mechanics.
- Background or strong interest in education, instructional design, or psychology.
