Data Analyst

Toast is looking for a Data Analyst for our Fraud and Merchant risk Data Team. This role will be responsible for owning our teams data strategy, providing data visualizations, and working closely with operational teams to understand monitoring needs. This role needs to collaborate with different stakeholders and help them provide solutions.This role helps teams to drive the process and companys growth. What You Will Do: Coordinate with the Fraud and Merchant Risk Teams to understand their reporting needs, and iterate on dashboards and visualizations to allow them to track metrics to achieve their business goals Work closely with operational teams to build monitoring and alerting to minimize gaps in our fraud and risk program Ingest data from external vendors and coalesce with Toast data to analyze efficacy of vendors Work cross-functionally with other data teams at Toast to ensure data availability and accuracy Analyze large sets of transaction data to develop fraud mitigation strategy
