Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the B2B/EDI integration environment within EduBild systems.
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents or event-driven alerts, ensuring timely resolution.
- Investigate and troubleshoot EDI/data-related issues and communicate root causes to customers.
- Perform bug fixes for EDI translation and mapping issues identified in production.
- Handle trading partner onboarding, including setup of SFTP, AS2, and other communication protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer support and seamless operations.
- Escalate critical issues promptly to minimize business impact.
- Take ownership of customer environments and drive issues to complete resolution.
Skills Required:
- 4–6 years of experience in EDI mapping and development.
- Strong understanding of X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Experience with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of business process orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
