We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to help us build this championship winning team.

If you answer yes to all of the questions below, we'd love to talk with you:

• Do you have a proven track record of tracking project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to overcome any obstacles?
• Do you have in-depth knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Power BI, and Dynamics?
• Have you have deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring?
• Do you have a degree in computer science, or the like, and at least 5 years of managing an IT department?
• Have you successfully led and managed an IT department and a team of IT Technician to ensure the successful implementation, configuring, and testing IT solutions?
• Are you experienced in working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features?
• Are you fueled by results and have clear systems to measure?
• Have you led product-related IT projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget?
• Do you have experience in Automation, ERPs, Software & Hardware, Samsara, cellular, satellite, and cyber security?
• Are you more interested in quality than quantity?

Schedule:

• Salaried position
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• In the Carmel Office. This position is not Remote.
• On call

Experience:

• IT management: 5 years (Required)
• IT software and hardware: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
