Job Summary
Join our dynamic Operations Change Group as a Technical Manager where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel and Python to drive impactful changes in our processes. With a focus on Investment Banking Operations and Asset & Wealth Management you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of a day shift allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvements using MS Excel and Python to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the analysis of current operations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in MS Excel and Python to support the design and execution of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into existing operations.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and report on their impact on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all process changes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in MS Excel and Python.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support the continuous improvement of operations by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on change initiatives and their objectives.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve operational processes.

Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and Python essential for driving process improvements.
- Have experience in Investment Banking Operations which is beneficial for understanding industry-specific challenges.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Asset & Wealth Management providing valuable insights into operational processes.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Show proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support informed decision-making.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
