- RM stability improvement to provide uniform Raw material to the furnace within the acceptable limits
- Optimizing costs through inventory control and material handling.
- The position ensures customer satisfaction of internal customers like batch house and float and coordination with other departments,
- Skill development of operators on new technologies and machinery in lab and raw materials area
- Ensuring zero safety related incidents in area and encouraging employees for involvement in EHS, suggestion scheme, TFx reporting and closing, other WCM activities, thus driving EHS and WCM culture.
- Work with XRF machines, spectrophotometers, and stereo microscopes.
- To work in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Conducting laboratory testing and quality analysis of raw materials.
- Knowledge of vendor audit and rating for RM suppliers, Payment of vendors by bill processing
