- Coordinating with the Cross Functional team for smooth functioning
- Defect analysis & corrective action deployment in shifts
- Drive improvement activities on the shopfloor to deliver products of right quality
- Drive quality consciousness and quality improvement activities on the shop floor.
- Having exposure to 5s, Kaizan, Shop floor improvement related activities.
- Maintaining Furnace Parameters & Batch house operations. 8. following SOP's and best practices.
- Emergency operations handling in Batch house and furnace.
