Job Responsbilities :-
- Three shift MPD Verification and Validate
- Three shift Process log sheet verification and validate.
- Stillages declaration Verification and Validate
- Three shift Wastage declaration verification and validate.
- Tool wise scrap monitoring
- Production Plan Vs Stillages arrangement
- Process wise Downtime categorization including PARETO Analysis
- Department wise Downtime categorization including PARETO Analysis
- Plant uptime
- CAPA against NC
- Trouble shooting training and Knowledge sharing with Lamination Line Controller
- Line startup training to Tool Setter and Knowledge sharing with Lamination Line Controller
- Review of all areas like, QC checklist, scrapyard, production pallet, material issuing area etc
- Road map and way forward to achieve the Yield 99.5%
- Weekly MPD Closing and Balancing with Stores
- Monthly MPD closing and Balancing with Stores
- 5’S observation (Area Upkeep)
- WCM activities and target vs actual
