Job Description
- Create and ensure smooth relationship with customers / KAM / Logistics team.
- Co-ordination for Order receipt & execution of orders of Customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders & Overall co-ordination for supplies
- Co-ordinate with logistic team for Delivery / Invoicing.
- Follow up with customer for collection of Payment / order.
- Timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Responsible for process of received orders.
- Backorder Management.
- Internal communication of order receipt VS Stock availability
- Release of reports – order Vs Supplies / Stock Ageing Report / various internal report.
- Service level follow-up & improvements.
- Comfortable for travel as per business requirement.
Job Skills
- SAP SD & MM
- MS Excel is must
- MS Power point
- Power BI will be additional
Major Tasks
- Daily interaction with KAM / Customer.
- Coordinate with Planner / Logistic to ensure on time material as per daily order dispatches.
- Understand the parameter considered for service level, monitoring them, reporting & coordinating to get good service level - Customer relationship management
- Maintain all SAP related activities like sale order / Backorder management, etc.,
- Understanding the requirements of monthly reports.
- MIS preparation & releasing the reports on time
