Key Responsibilitie

sProcess bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and/or monthly US payroll using Workday Payroll
.Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
.Review payroll calculations to ensure accuracy of earnings, taxes, benefits, and garnishments
.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
.Manage payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll discrepancies before payroll finalization
.Process off-cycle payrolls, retroactive payments, and adjustments as required
.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee master data
.Support payroll audits and prepare payroll-related reports
.Manage year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and tax reconciliations
.Work with third-party vendors for tax filing, garnishments, and payroll interfaces
.Maintain payroll documentation and standard operating procedures
.Support Workday payroll testing during system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
.Assist in identifying opportunities for payroll process improvements and automation

Required Qualificatio

nsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
d.5 years of experience in US Payroll Processin
g.Hands-on experience with Workday Payrol
l.Strong understanding of US payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and payroll complianc
e.Experience processing payroll for multi-state employee
s.Knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliation
s.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas
).Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
s.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
s.Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and meet strict deadline
