Plant Finance (Costing & MIS) Lead

🎯 What You’ll Own
🔹 End-to-End Costing Control >>
- Own SKU-level costing, BOM accuracy, and cost structures
- Drive deep-dive variance analysis (yield, efficiency, wastage)
- Bring visibility to hidden cost leakages
🔹 Business-Critical MIS & Insights >>
- Lead monthly MIS (CPC, conversion cost, Deep Dive of cost lines)
- Decode overhead variances vs LY & ABP
- Reconcile Inter Unit dispatches - Intra/Inter Company
- Turn data into sharp, actionable business decisions
🔹 Cost Optimization & Strategy >>
- Own Plant BP and forecasting cycles
- Track volatile cost drivers (sugar, resin, fuel, power & other overheads)
- Drive measurable cost-saving initiatives across functions
🔹 Leadership & Plant Influence>>
- Partner with Supply Chain Operation team
- Be the partner for plant leadership with strong analytical acumen threaded in spreadsheet
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in Plant Finance / FMCG Costing
- Strong grip on manufacturing finance, OEE (AU, SLE ME parameters), CPC, variance analysis
- Proven experience in stakeholder influence
- Hands-on with ERP (D365/SAP) & advanced Excel
🎓 Qualification
- CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com
