We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Business & Data Analysis to join our team. Responsibilities: • Lead the analysis of key business performance metrics, reporting and dashboards • Leverage data analysis techniques to identify insights and drive business strategy • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and measure key business objectives • Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations • Develop and maintain data models, reports and analytics infrastructure • Apply agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement • Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in business and data analysis • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization tools • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics) • Preferred: Experience in a technology or SaaS company
