About the Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to build the future of AI-native, voice-driven products. This isn’t a maintenance role—we need someone who’s shipped full products independently, thrives in startup chaos, and loves taking ideas from zero to one.
You’ll work closely with product and design to bring intuitive, intelligent user experiences to life. If you enjoy working across the stack, figuring things out quickly, and owning what you build—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features across our AI-driven voice products
- Work across the stack using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
- Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to deliver magical user experiences
- Own projects from spec to production—code, deploy, iterate
- Move fast, solve real problems, and leave things better than you found them
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency with React and Node.js
- Proven track record of shipping full-stack products independently
- Curiosity and speed—you figure things out without waiting for perfect specs
- A passion for clean code, clear communication, and customer-first thinking
- Comfort navigating early-stage startup ambiguity
Bonus Points
- Experience with voice interfaces, speech recognition, or AI-driven UIs
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, or real-time data
- Previous startup or founder experience
