We are looking for a Title Specialist who can read, understand, and analyze property documents, prepare title reports, and identify any discrepancies or risks. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and secure property transactions.
Key Requirements
- Ability to read and understand property documents and title reports
- Experience in preparing property title reports
- Good understanding of real estate documentation and ownership structures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must understand and communicate well in Gujarati
- Basic knowledge of legal/property compliance is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate, legal, or title-related work is a plus
