Position Overview
Orchestrate Mortgage and Title Solutions LLC is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Title Search team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in the US mortgage and title industry and want to build a career in title research and property records analysis. Selected candidates will be trained to perform title searches, analyze property records, and support real estate transaction processes for US clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Assist in performing basic title searches by reviewing public property records.
· Learn to identify ownership details, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other recorded documents.
· Support the title search team in preparing property reports.
· Verify legal descriptions, property details, and ownership information.
· Maintain accurate documentation of title search findings.
· Work with internal teams to ensure timely completion of search files.
· Follow company processes and quality standards while handling title search tasks.
· Continuously learn about US real estate terminology and title search procedures.
Requirements
· Any Graduate
· Strong analytical and research skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to work in night shifts and from the office in Hyderabad.
